School of Civil Aviation is seeking two (2) full-time faculty members for its undergraduate program. Selected applicants should be in place by 2011- 2012 academic year.
Aviation Management Faculty Position Responsibilities:
• Teach aviation management undergraduate courses as assigned, such as: airport planning, design and management; airline management, airline marketing, airline business simulation; aviation safety and security; aviation advanced computer applications; and transportation logistics.
Required Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in aviation or in a more generic field combined with aviation education.
• Ability to teach and develop a broad array of aviation courses at the undergraduate level.
• Ability to apply current instructional technology in classroom.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PhD degree.
• Professional experience in aviation management, experience in airline or airport operations.
